Finally i got proofs of Hidden Pool

First of all, i'm not complaining about MMR or stuffs like that, i'm 5.6k and fine with it (considering i didn't play a lot in the last years i didn't expect much more).
What i'm complaining is about Hidden Pool for queues. I have high behavior (8k+) and i queue on Ap mode on EU West/East/Russia servers. I have 50mins+ queue, sometime even like 100 mins.
I asked on steam support why i got this issue and they answer me that beside behavior there are other hidden value that may increse your queue time.
I belive this make no sense, there is a big problem of trasparency on the actual Valve policy. Basically i'm having huge queue times and i don't even know why. I think the only way at this point is to make a new account, but i wanted to inform everybody about that. If you have long queue times there is something wrong with your account, even if your behavior values are perfectly fine.

I'm saying that they implemented a system directed to all of us, and it's not even a secret, is notorious but there are some Valve Knights saying ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like "There is no Hidden Pool", so i made it clear that Hidden Pool is a thing and that even Valve is not denying it.

If what you saying is true Dio ( i have no reason to not believe you ) that hidden factor might be called technical difficulties.

Also, you have not made anything clear. Literally all you said was that support told you there are other factors besides behavior score which can affect your matchmaking times, which is entirely true and neither a secret or conspiracy.

Your region settings, selected match type, ping to server, MMR, warning/report level, etc. are all other factors that can affect your matchmaking time.

I wrote my region settings and MMR, but since you can't read properly i'll summarise them again for you.
I play on EU West/East/Russia, AP Ranked, 50 avg ping, 5.6k MMR, 8006 Behavior Score.
For what reason i have more than 50mins queue? Enlighten us.

I tought that aswell, but on my 2nd account with same MMR and Behavior score i have 5 min avg queue time (10 times faster than this one).
I belive that the only possible reason is that this account has been flagged with some hidden value that i can't find anywhere.

Totally has nothing to do with this bit here, nope not at all. Never heard a single high mmr player mention having high wait times. Especially if they only queue for 1-2 gamemodes.

I have been high MMR (even way higher than my actual one) and never had so long queue. So, unless people massivly stopped to play Dota, and i don't think it's the case there must be an other issue.

You left out the part where I mentioned report/warning level. If you have recently had abandons, LP or failed to ready or dodged matches then this can increase your matchmaking times too. Additionally, MMR spread in party can cause an increase in queue time and so can attempting to queue during off-peak times.

Support didn't say anything about "hidden pool" or tell you that you are in "hidden pool." You are making that up all on your own. You just assume that other factors automatically means "hidden pool."

0 LP in the last 200+ games, 0 Abandon aswell, No warning obviously (As long as i know to get warnings you need VERY LOW behavior score), I never play in party, only solo ranked. Other ideas?

Same story, tho i never got an answer to my questions directed to support.

I even posted here pictures of queue time of 99 minutes. And i have reach the 99 minutes queue few times, it doesnt go over that number tho.

That happened some time ago, and then slowly by time my queue droped down to around 20 minutes.

Factors are: Region, MMR, language preference, behavior, conduct, cheating, disruptive gameplay and "more".
Now, since my MMR, language preferences, behavior and conduct are fine, and I have no vac bans nor anything related to that, it must be the "more" thing. They refuse to answer me about those other criteria they admit to use.
They are basically telling me "We can decide to put you on a pool without telling you why we did that and you can't even check if you are actually in this pool or not, good luck!".

About topic, there was rumor about direct request to Steam Support about hidden(shadow) pool, never tried personaly yet, but anyway you can try.

Also you can check previous treads on same theme if u want, but this is difficult

Yes but i mean, this is crazy, why the hell the implemented something like a Hidden Pool? What is the purpose of punishing people for something we don't even know.
