Report a translation problem
1.1 run task manager and see what program is using too much memory
1.2 if u dont need them then uninstall them or force close them temporarily
2.1 in the steam library left click on dota and right click on properties
2.2 unchecked 2 checkboxes
3.1 in task manager left click on the steam icon ( u may see it 'Steam Client Bootstrapper' )
3.2 click on 'GO To Details '
3.3 left click on 'steam '
3.4 move your mouse to ' set priority '
3.5 click' low '
3.6 click ' change priority '
u should be good to go but if still not try... ( dont do this if u havnt test the previous one . it may cause more lag on some low systems )
4.1 in task manager left click on the dota 2 icon ( u may see it 'Steam Client Bootstrapper' )
4.2 click on 'GO To Details '
4.3 left click on 'dota 2 '
4.4 move your mouse to ' set priority '
4.5 click' high ' ( not ' realtime' )
4.6 click ' change priority '

windows 10 pro (lite version unofficial(has removed every useless things )) , 2 GB ram, 1 GB VGA
if your system is more powerful than me then it might work for u
and then some times lowering your graphic details and screen resolution in dota settings can work

not all people having high end PC.
