Phantom Assassin's real story?

as for Zeus we can see the mythology which is known by all of us apparently, but for phantom assassin? is there a mythology for her? if that is right, what is the name of it? or did ice frog just create her from his mind?

There was some conspiracy that she accepted Oracles deal and started to kill for him became her arcana then lost her name and became spectre

That idea was formed before Slacks, he was just the first content creator to make a video about it.

Hell there were theories about it before the Arcana.
