how to convert dota 2 replay
please help me dem file cant convert to mp4

They are not video files. They are data files. You need to use screen recording software if you want a video files.

You need to record it. Try to use OBS Studio.

Windows 10 has free screen recording feature in it built into the os. Try using it. Press windows key +g to open menu aka gamebar for recording.
Note that you also need microsoft account for it so you can save it after.

Use geforce experience
Your recording is then immediately a Mp4

nope what i mean is it possbile to convert my dem file(file extension) to mp4.I just want to convert the file so i can easily post it on youtube without using recording apps.there's a way to convert it or i really should use recording apps?

No, you will record it seperately,
DEM files are seperate, and are action based, not at all video format.
