Magnus worst hero in dota?

I've played magnus a total of 3 times and each have been losses, i even watched pro player play him, first game i got 4 - 10 then i got 1 - 17 and then i got 1 - 7, sadly all 3 games i ended up getting idiotic team mates feeding horrendusly before i could even build what i needed but aside from that i just feel like you die too fast and deal literally 0 damage, i can blink and ult then push them into my team but even then everyone just dies and i can't actually kill anyone, is magnus really this bad or am i doing something wrong because from what i can see magnus is one of if not the WORST character in all of dota it seems

no hero in dota is "the worst", some of them needs a particular draft to play its potential to maximum, like mag
in normal matches just pick some hero strong in lane and you will have greater chance of winning, mag is weak in lane so that might be the reason why you think he is trash

Ah ok, cheers, it just feels like no matter what i do with him or how i play him even if i do really good at the start it just ends in chaos

Magnus is meant as a supportive hero that helps his team get the win. Some people still build carry for him, but most pros will build him with auras/supportive items, like forcestaff. Magnus isnt the damage dealer. His job is to give a good ult and then help his carry get the free kills in any way he can, either by buffing, dealing a little magic damage, and/or by tanking a bit. 1 on 1, magnus does suck vs any considerable carry, but hes a great hero to help your team win.

no no mangus no worst... he one of the most op hero in game... he R is like black hole but without channel.... and stick everyone together and let ur team get ez rampage/ combo/ team wipe... he W give carry a freaking battlefury with enhance damage... he no where nears weak...

the real weak hero is TA, lone druid, lina, chen...

magnus is a teamfight hero
and teamfight hero is bad at low mmr because lack of coordination

good or bad a hero depends on your bracket

Don't cave into the professional MLG peer pressure on how to play magnus and determine the way that's best for you. Typically Magnus has a lot of supportive orientated spells and either on yourself or allies they're useful.
