Ranking the 3 spirits from the hardest!

1.) Storm, 60-70 ms ping and 0,3ish sec delay. Yeah I just can't!!
2.) Earth, All of those missclicks!!
3.) Ember, most pos 2 archon and legend players can play him!!

Storm actually isn't that hard. Earth Spirit is definitely the hardest to use due to both positioning and the timing required to properly pull of his mid-skill combos. Neither Ember or Storm require that level of precise timing and positioning.

On a sidenote, in-game lore points to a 4th Spirit that may be added to the hero roster at a later date.

storm hard to play, need look for mana and great positioning... but he op if played well
