kaya + dagon
does kaya influence dagon or other items' spells? or only with character spells (q w e r)?

You can check try it on dummy on practice mode .

yeah it works but is only +50 with magic red. so i don't think it is worth it

Usually ur not buying Kaya for the damage amp. It's usually for the Mana cost reduction hence why you see it alot on heroes like storm and tinker

Don't get Kaya for the spell amp, 10% is nothing, Kaya is better for the mana cost, best heroes to buy Kaya are: storm, les, zues, OD and sky (and bane if you get scepter).
