My Pudge Arcana got lost

Today I managed to get 12th win against Rubick with my Pudge Arcana to get 2nd style. Then, the item got bugged. It was shown as "equipped" even though It wasn't. When I try to unequip it, nothing happened. It was stuck. Then, I reinstalled the game and now the arcana is gone. Can someone help please?

u arent alone. i think valve has a problem.. i lost my Genuine Blistering Shade of the Crimson Witness too after removing its kinetic..

if you removed a gem you likely destroyed the item. Read the item description of the gem removal tool you use, some of them destroy the base item to claim highly valuable prismatic gems.

i buy cm arcana and it disappear aftervi removed the gift dedication

if you removed a gem you likely destroyed the item. Read the item description of the gem removal tool you use, some of them destroy the base item to claim highly valuable prismatic gems.

This is probably the case here. However there is some issue with using a hammer/etc to alter items and having them disappear. It’s all over reddit as well. Just submit a steam support ticket and wait for a fix.

However if you used the wrong tool it is totally possible you destroyed the item to claim the gem from it instead. Always read first!

yes, obviously. that's the intended result. you aren't supposed to remove that. using an item to remove that gem destroys the arcana. READ YOUR TOOLS!

Unless they changed it, the only arcanas that will be destroyed upon certain gems being removed are Techies and Terrorblade, the rest should not be destroyed.
