Can't change Pro Player Info.

Anyone receiving this 'Error - Please try again' when trying to change their team tag and name in their player info within the team tab?
Me and my teammates always get this: 'Error - Please try again' when trying to change our team tag or name in player pro-info within the team tab. This has been happening around 2 or 3 months, so we are sure it's not about the 2 weeks lock. We even deleted the team and created a new one, but the result is always the same...
