8.5 million unique players per month with no less than 400k concurrent players at any given time. OP queues in a very lowly populated region during the early hours of the morning where most people are sleeping. That'd be like getting on the highway at 2 in the morning, seeing barely anybody on the highway, and saying "man, I guess nobody drives anymore".

Mate, I've played for a long time on Australian servers, I used to average 2 minutes during normal times and 13 minutes even at 3am on a weekday. Weekends like today have lower average queue times so wouldn't over an hour queue time ring any bells of yours?

Well queue times are also tied to BS so if this problem is new to you your BS has dropped.

SEA players also play on the Australia server. And 3am in Australia is only 11pm in parts of SEA. That's likely why you're finding games at 3am as opposed to 7am.

And like Deko mentioned, there's also the ongoing crisis in Australia. So some people might not be queuing to play Dota this weekend because...hmmm...thousands of homes burned to the ground? Just spitballing.

Also, as you pointed out yourself people are playing ranked games but you weren't queuing for ranked.

Gonna quit this rubbish game. Waiting for almost 3 hours per turbo game is more than a waste of time. Gonna play MTG Arena. Heaps better.

All this proves is that there aren't many turbo games per hour in Australia, while there seems to be quite a significant amount of all pick games. Isn't it better spent time playing all pick instead of waiting 30+ minutes for a turbo game? I regret playing turbo as much as I did, since it completely disjoints you from the normal gameplay. Since there's no early game in turbo (it lasts like 2 minutes) and farm being insanely fast, mid game becomes late game in a matter of 5-10 minutes whereas a normal match's mid game lasts for much longer.

You complained about queuing for turbo on a low pop server during offpeak hours and when given actual constructive advice on how to fix the problem then you say, well that's it, I quit! Will you be quitting on all of your smurf accounts or just this one?
