Bring back side shops, shrines, also adjusting the outpost

hi as you may already know the 7.24 is out and now they removed completely the shrines :(

while im completely agree to the neutral items balancing and heroes stuff. icefrog making this game harder by removing the shrines and sideshops, but also boring by moving 1 of bounty runes spot to the jungle

My idea is why not combining the 7.23f map and 7.24 map together. But (wait for it) let's also brought back the side shops as well (yeaaayyy)

So yeah the placement of the outpost moved the current 7.24 spot but while still putting the old shrines near the secret shop for both teams. And now put back the old side shops to the map.

But wait aren't it gonna be imbalance?

thats why we also add a new rule. The side shop only usable to the owner of that offlane/hardlane. Which means top lane side shop only usable for the radiant while bot lane only for the dire.

This way the enemy safelane didn't have quick access to shop and owning more of their safelane while this side shop help the offlaners a bit by giving them some quick access to shop (limited item like the old one, and hey it also synergy to their respective secret shop, both are near them)

this side shop only help a tiny bit to the offlane so if the safelane do their job nicely the sideshop would'nt help the offlaners too much. And while at it let's move back the bounty runes to the sideshops (it's so boring moving it inside the jungle)

which one? the old bounty runes spot already been there for years, same with shrines spots. The outpost i think is fine since it's control your team main jungle area, or the sideshop rules?

because shrines is so vital to the game and already been there for quite a long time. they nerfed it to only one shrine which i agree having 2 active shrines is OP especially to the midlaner

side shop idea yeah is still need some further discussion

it's been there since the revolutionary 7.00 patch and i think leaving at least 1 shrine is fine and adding some fun and complexity to the game
