1.Only ur hidden mmr is important.
2.10 calibration is a joke. It only takes into acct how consistent u r
3.the first 30 unranked games determine ur hidden pool.
4.carry and mid is best for calibration
5.turbo is good for booster and smurf
6.link ur dotabuff to see if ur highskill
7.only calibrate when ur highskill in solo.

really appreciate your answer
First off, you're going to have a rude awakening because unless you start playing a lot better then you are not going to calibrated at "around 3500 and 4000 MMR" which you claim you should be. To be honest, it doesn't look like you'll even hit 3k. Just because you played some Dota ten years ago doesn't equal ten years of experience. Not trying to be harsh, I'm just saying that your stats don't show a 3.5-4k player.[www.dotabuff.com] And that's okay but you need to be realistic about your skill level, your expectations and how you can improve your gameplay.
To answer your questions, the requirement to play ranked is not # of matches but actually a profile level of 20. 100 normal games will typically give you enough xp to reach level 20 but turbo games give far less xp so it will take more games to reach level 20.
High skilled players who play support have proven you can calibrate to high/very high skill by playing support. initial calibration games are based on personal performance not win/loss ratio. After your first calibration, any future seasonal recalibration games will not reset your MMR and will only result in very little MMR gained or lost.
I suggest checking out this guide for new players. It includes tips, tutorials and other resources to help you.

And right, don‘t calibrate to early for ranked. Only calibrate if you feel comfortable with the way you play. As said, check Dotabuff if you are matched in high skill matches in unranked on a regular basis.
Have fun!
You can get additional XP from trophies but to unlock the All Hero Challenge trophy, you will need to win 116 All Hero matches in order. It's a great way to gain experience and familiarize yourself with playing as and against heroes in Dota 2 but it won't get you to level 20 any quicker.
If you're having lag, then you need to look at the recommended specs and your computer specs, and your network. I'm just guessing but you're probably experiencing both graphic lag and network lag, judging by what you've said.
If you are more used to playing team games then instead of focusing on ranked gameplay, you may want to consider creating or joining a league team and practicing and scrimming against other league teams. However, it looks like you still need a lot of experience before getting into amateur leageplay.
Until you get a better computer or internet connection, you may just want to look into playing some other single player strategy/rts, 4X or tower defense type games. Of course, you can play Dota 2 solo versus bots and sort of tailor them to a multiplayer experience with custom AI scripts.
jajaja you are absolutly right ... i'm playing below all minimum dota 2 specs ... but like i said dota it's my passion ... i dont want to play anything else my internet hours are very limited... and i play a lot with bot (for me it's the only way to test my builds because i cant connect to steam regularly) ... if you have the time check out this games replays ... see for yourself my in game level ... it's not high enough ... but i'm not a complete noob either.
