It's pretty good spec. Just upgrade your ram, and you can play it on high settings.

run the game in 32bit, just add -32bit in launch options, lower the settings, 4gb should be enough playing this game.
Minimum specifications are posted on the store page

A 1.6gHz is only going to max out at 2.2, if it supports it at all. So you’re definitely not going to be able to play it at high settings. If you do, you’re probably going to max out at 20fps. That’s not with the team fight scenario in play.

Not to mention the fact that if you ask for support for the game, they’re going to know and support won’t be able to help you because you’re out of spec.

search for >> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin\win32 <<<< use the 32 bit exe. Use exclusive fullscreen as borerless windows is bugged in windows 1809.lower the settings until your getting 50-60 fps.glhf. The launch options do not work for 32 bit.at least not on my cpu.
