run the game in 32bit, just add -32bit in launch options, lower the settings, 4gb should be enough playing this game.
A 1.6gHz is only going to max out at 2.2, if it supports it at all. So you’re definitely not going to be able to play it at high settings. If you do, you’re probably going to max out at 20fps. That’s not with the team fight scenario in play.
Not to mention the fact that if you ask for support for the game, they’re going to know and support won’t be able to help you because you’re out of spec.
