Null-Talisman safes some mana-bottles and dishes out spell damage, which is good for punishing their farm and don't have to retreat that often.
I would like to see these items changed/reworked:
-> Bracer could have limited damage-block charges. More Bracers just recover them 15 points faster per additional bracer (up to 30 points in 10 seconds is first bracer).
-> Null Talisman would amplify the next spell after activation by 10% and share that spells cooldown.
-> Wraith Band could give +5 hp kill threshold to targets (they die or have 6+ hp).
This is good for lasthitting and denying only (multiple instances both set it to 5hp threshold).
The values are just examples (don't know which pro players would take) but the mechanics is what I would give to them.
Perhaps you can upgrade them and get a somewhat useful shareable trash-product out of it.
These items could stack like wards (1 per type) but players access null-talismans active.
If you mix all 3, you get an item giving 14 str/int/agi = 252 hp and 182 mana.
On luna, that would be 1.5 to 2 casts of a ministun and 180 to 450 damage early.
An upgrade would be a mid-game item and add roughly 90-115 damage to a spell, block that damage or 15 hp kill threshold (each benefit times three).
The upgrade could use a bottle (650 gold) and heal you by 10% max hp/mana every time you pick up arune and over 5 seconds in spawn.
Together with the hp/mana from 14 str/int and the 2 armor from agility, plus the damage amp/block to spells, it would be a nice item which is not too easy to get or too op.
The kill threshold benefits carries and the pickup heal supports.

So this is what the latest patch changed. I would have rather seen them rewok the items instead of increasing the cost
