Can someone explain how randoming works now?
So it says very clearly in the patch notes that it IGNORES your 25 least played heroes.

To me, and to any normal human being, this means "you cannot get a hero that is in your bottom 25 when you random". So, for example if you have played meepo 1 time, and every other hero 10 times minimum, it will be impossible for you to random meepo, as he is in your 25 leat played heroes list.

Except that doesn't work.

More than 50% of the time I am getting heroes in my 25 least played list. So what the ♥♥♥♥ does it actually mean? How does it work? Who is excluded?

Are you the first ally who random pick in the team? Or second random picker? I think the first random picker will count entirely but the second random picker will ignore the 25 least played heroes. Probably that is to avoid more random picking by those who wanna random pick to cause the drafting in a team to become worse.

Imagine if you are first picker and you random pick count entire heroes pool and same thing happen to second picker, then both of you get the least played heroes means 2 heroes are going to be performing badly (maybe). That's why they give second random picker to ignore 25 least played heroes and limit the random picking to the first 2 picking only.

Prolly a typo. Id assume it ignores your 25 most played.
Nah it's not that, I've been getting heroes in my top 25, lina, nature, legion, etc. Had a bunch in my top 5 get picked.
