Have a good day !

I think the current meta is one of the worst in a long time. I stopped playing Dota 3-4 weeks ago and I am just waiting to see if the next update brings something worth playing.
The jungle is there, nothing has died. A good jungler will outperform even the mid, but a bad one will say that jungling has died.
In fact, it's much worse.
Don't even know the right word to best describe it accurately.
So fed up with fighting both with & against LITERALLY the same heroes with the same item build & gameplay EVERY SINGLE MATCH.
Majority of the freakin' roster, which is composed of over a hundred heroes, is literally dead.
Valve isn't doing their job right.
This me-me-me meta was a constant source of scenarios like this:

Jungle control is still very important in Dota 2. so is roaming and rotating but solo jungling like you're playing a single player game often results in your team playing a 4v5 game, falling to ganks and getting pushed back or giving up lanes while trying to pick up your slack.
That's my opinion of it anyway, but honestly what is interesting about running in a circle killing neutrals for 20 minutes?
