Collectors Aegis 2018
Hi just wanted some reviews from older International players regarding the delivery confirmation of the collectors aegis. How do we know if the details we have put have been acted upon? Do we get any confirmation email? If so, when do we get it and by when is the delivery completed?

It's my first year of claiming the lvl 1k reward also but i asked a few people and they said that you will get a confirmation mail in a few months and you'll know when you get your reward

i usually get mine around november or december and they send you email when shipped

ah okay..i was kind of worried because the season ended and i didnt receive anything..thanks for the inputs..cheers!
Give it around the holiday season, got the 2017 in january. Late december this year for 2018.

No luck on mini rosh, people from 2017 aint even got theirs yet.

If it will be like last year, Valve hands over your registration data to some manufacture/delivery company which will ask you to confirm the data provided by Valve to them. So, I think this second confirmation is an important step. Only then delivery to you is assured by beginning of next year, at least it was to Europe last battle pass.

I have been waiting for two months and yet no update on my order. i then emailed the delivering company and they told me to log in here: https://dota2.cmdvault.com/auth/openid/login/ , with my steam account and i shall see my order. Its still in TBD status, which means ill maybe get it or maybe never. Not spending my money on this ♥♥♥♥ again. Gabe can finger himself with his car-keys if he wants more money from me.

Ok, you do realize that it’s out of Valve’s hands at this point, right?

You try shipping out that many units in a short time frame. Let us know how it goes.

I got my collector‘s aegis 2018 already in October/November timeframe (central Europe). Are you sure your 2 step registration worked well?

I did not promise people that if tey paid me $200+ ill send them a replica.

If that was the case give my company the job and ill do it like a champ.

The point is my agreement was with Valve and not the courier company, thus valve can sit back and go oh sorry guys its not our fault. I believe they should follow up with the customers they made the promise to.

I had the same.For some reason they dropped me to btach 8 and on january i have updated my destination address(just re-entered the same address,because it was fine).
Several days later they moved me to "BATCH 6",all was fine.
BTW on ~20th february i have entered to my reward account to double check if all is nice and it was(it still shown that i'm on batch 6).

NOW on march i have re-entered again to see tracking number and other stuff and i was little bit shocked, because on schedule they should send it already(for batch 6),but THEY MOVED me again to batch 8.

Is this joke or what?

CAn you double check,did you remained on batch 6 or they moved you also on batch 8?

I mailed them again because they moved me back to Batch 8 and the country i originally registered to receive my collectors item would be changing as i am relocating.

----- My email to them -----

"I am relocating to another country in April 2019 and I can not change the details for delivery as it is in processing. I have also been moved from Batch 6 to Batch 8, and back to Batch 6 and then finally back to Batch 8. What the hell is going on? I would like a proper human response or ill take it further as i have screen shots of the est. shipping date as 02/28/2019 and that only allows according to your rules of commerce, for a two week window period on either side of that date. Clear this up asap."

----- Their reply to me -----

"Please be informed that we are now looking at the possible reason with regards to your concern and we'll get back to you for an update as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience. Thank you."

*I will not be making the purchase again and I discourage anyone from purchasing it this year

The funny thing that is true,they moved again to batch 8 and via their FAQ,it means that some problem with destination address and needs to be re-entered again,but now you can't even edit your address (they disabled editing feature).
It sound like a scam,no ?
Worst service ever i seen.

WE should start sending reports to steam support..
