How can I contact Dota 2 support??

I'm having a problem with the Dota2 inventory for years and I can't contact the support of Dota2. When I try using steam, the support forces to create an account in their forum. After that It needs to connect to steam account.

After doing that, the forum doesn't allow you to write or read anything because you don't own the Beta of Dota2. Why anybody that plays the game can't create an account to ask about their problems??

I do 1 or 2 years ago and they told me to contact Dota2 support because they can't do nothing,
