They broke the essence of the game.. this is not DotA !!

I just played a match and feels like this is a different game and it's disgusting.

I played since DotA 1 and this is not DotA.

They killed it !!

I felt like this when 7.0 came along. Now I can't even imagine going back to pre 7.0. I got used to it. Soon people will adapt and even forget how it was before 7,23.

They kinda killed Dota like 4 big patches ago and i was still ok. But this is not even skill based moba anymore. They remove every cool mechanic like denyin yourself (they removed ♥♥♥♥ ton of cool stuff before) and turning the game into something really simple like LoL. And i am even ok with that. But if you turn my moba into mmorpg i will go play a real one instead... And that new old lady feels like League hero not Dota...

Then again, the courier plays we can do now is more advanced and allows for more exciting plays. This is just a feature that Dota had and was removed, and is now being brought back. I do not think the item drops from nc are bad. Many of those items are for poor supports. The problem with Pudge/Ab being able to deny themselves is that it can cost a lot of resources taking them down, and then you are left with nothing, low on hp/mana and you're being forced out of lane. I love that change. No more Pudge laughing at me when he denies himself :)

I kindly disagree sir. The single cour was one of the things that forced people to play as team and therefor cour control was important for example it would be a mistake before to use cour for small pieces repetitively like you had to be smart while even using your cour so I think single cour was good. Second thing about removed mechanics they are usually hard to execute and provides better opportunities to create a decent play like juggernaut omnislash blink we had once so removing them just makes the game more straightforward. And NC drop is a big joke I won't even type about that lunacy.

Normal Dota 2 is basically Turbo Dota 2. It's a patch made for casuals by casuals. If You are one of the competitive players, sucks to be us.

I reinstalled it just to see the changes.

I can't believe what I just played. I will be uninstalling again, however, now I have to live knowing that Valve ruined my most beloved game of all time.

I agree with the poster saying it no longer feels like Dota. It's like LOL, but, worse. And that's saying something cuz LOL sucks. Now it's LOL with Dota's toxic community. = GG Ruined.
