Rare Item from old treasure

Is there any chance we can get a rare or super rare from old immortal chest like Immortal Treasure 2017 or something like that if we buy it from the market now. Please help. Thanks for your coorperation. #friendly community

Yes, if you buy any treasure chest even if they are old you will have the same % chance of getting a rare/very/ultra rare. There is a small symbol on the treasure that show the % of rare items dropping from them in relation to how many you buy.

Pretty sure that only applies to non legacy chests unless they changed how it works recently.

You can not get items which have expired from the chest, such as specific items from benefactor's chest. You also can no longer unbox unusual couriers, even in chests which say they do on the web client, since those are no longer unboxable via in-game mechanics. I may have not understood OP with my first post, but now that I do, that's all the info you need.
