How to counter Scythe Tinker

I literally cannot see any counterplay when my entire team is useless and not doing anything while he just locks me down infinitely while I am playing carry.

Call it salt. Or inexperience, but. I seriously don't see any counterplay to it without a team that can stop him.

All of the above and then give him a Slap of a thousand hands.
After that, he will stay still, confused and shocked, and then you call Spartacus to strike him down.
Next fight, you call a Heavens Ray, stunning, blinding and one shoting whole enemy team, along with the enemy teams in the other 3 games currently running.
After that, he will say something like "cyka" and spam unknown to you language while rage killing half of your enemy team. Afterwards, you will call Smaug to put an end to Tinker skeemes.
While seeing yourself winning the game ... finally, right? ... you will summon 5 Balrogs and the White Witch of Nexus to finally destroy the One Ancient and defeat the ultimate evil forever.

That is if you assume the guy is playing with one hand and texting his bf with the other, otherwise you won t have the time to do so.
And even if u eul urself or him, couple of secs and u r back to where you started.
