Ctrl and/or Shift key getting "stuck"

Is anyone else experiencing a bug where the shift key gets "stuck" randomly? The key is physically not pressed down but the game thinks that it is, so every command becomes queued and you end up dying because you can't control your hero properly. This only happens in Dota 2, no other game causes this to happen, and my keyboard is less than a year old. I definitely do not have sticky keys enabled and my keyboard drivers are up-to-date.

I basically have to restart my computer to get the keys unstuck, which needless to say is frustrating and ends up getting me an abandon. Here are some images from when the Ctrl key gets stuck. Such a frustrating problem to have.
