Turns the user ethereal, disarming them, rendering them attack immune, and granting 100% physical damage resistance
Physical spell damage
Physical damage from abilities (and theoretically items) is usually unaffected by armor type, as they are not considered to be attacks.
so, not bugged
Ghost scepter seems to be really bad item now.
Ghost Scepter seems to waste of time item.
Also bumping or writing up is considered spam . If your thread died no need to revive it. Youll get same replies.
Now i moved to Dota2.
In HON this same (Void Talisman) item blocked for 4seconds all physical attacks or spells/abilities that had physical dmg type.
Like for example a dodging Pudge hook. Ghost Scepter does the same here in Dota2.
Also Ghost Scepter info says it prevents from getting physical dmg, but is then punished for getting extra Magical dmg.
The Logic in this Ghost Scepter item is stupid if u still get dmg from abilities that do physical dmg, when the item should be protecting u from incomeing physical dmg.
Change the info of this item then?
"Item protects u from autoattack, for 4seconds"
No Logic what so ever.
They are respectively called Physical attack damage (PAD) and Physical spell damage (PSD).
PAD cannot target ethereal units (such as Pugna Decripify, Necro Gost shroud and Ghost Scepter/Eblade) and PSD can target unit regardless of ethereal state. PSD damage is only reduced by damage block (items or abilities that provide block).
Youre mixing them up because they both have "physical" word in it but they are different types of damage.
