Sven build and background info-PLS HELP ME

Hey guys, i have 3 questions for those willing to help, I started playing Dota and picked up Sven, been doing well with him but i've watched a lot of players just completely wreck with him because of there builds. I would rather someone who dishes out dps over a supporter role. Currently, i am using this build

So question 1 is
1. Is there a better build I could use? along with this, could you PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THIS BUILD IS EFFECTIVE AND WHY IT WORKS, just so i get to understand the character more, what builds are better?
2. How do I farm for gold? usually when i play when i hit level 6 i go off lane and start farming and leave my lane, however, i still don't get enough gold sometimes to buy the items i need, how do i effectively farm gold? do i need to be more aggressive etc? what do i need to do
3. Finally, are there any content creators i could watch to give me a rundown on ABSOLUTLEY EVERYTHING i need to know about dota? How the pick you're fights, when to do this and when to do that, I am new so this information would greatly help.

yes, for end game it would be power treads, echo sabre, satanic, daedelus, bkb, and mask of madness

You should ditch Echo Sabre and Mask of Madness after getting the main late game items (BKB, Satanic, Daedalus) and get a Moon Shard (should consume then get an Assault Cuirass), Boots of Travel (2), Divine Rapier (only when things get tough, should pop BKB, Ult and jump in) and another Moon Shard if you feel like you're not dishing out damage that well.

so for mid game ill stick with echo sabre and Mom and then when i move to late game (level 20+) switch over with bkb,satanic,daedalus and other stuff?

could you give an example of a build late game?

Late game build for Sven should be:

Simple flow Sven (that's what I call it for my build):

• Heart of Tarrasque (a good boost to Sven's damage but could sacrifice attack speed over durability and damage)
  
• Assault Cuirass (improves Sven's durability so he could dish out as much damage as he can before dying, mixed with Warcry of course)
  
• Boots of Travel (2) (If all hell went loose and your base is being rushed, just make sure that your glyph is ready, make sure to teleport to the nearest creep that is currently pushing towards towers (or barracks) and rush their ancient, before doing this you should also get the situational items, like a refresher)
  
• Moon Shards (this item is quite the thing you should have and consumed so you could finish up an ancient race)
  
• Satanic (a great boost to Sven's God's Strength and also the best item to go for when you're against strong carries, e.g. Lifestealer)
  
• Daedalus (neat insta-killer when God's Strength is popped, just remember to pop your BKB, don't want to get stunlocked)
  
• Blink Dagger or Silver Edge (If you're going to blink in and suprise the enemy, then get the blink dagger, but if you're against heroes that has the ability to evade/block your hits, the you should go for the Silver Edge, however, you can sacrifice your movement speed (BoT) for both Blink dagger and Silver Edge, for better survivability and utility of course)

Situational Sven:

• Refresher Orb (only get this when you've failed to dish damage and wasted God's Strength, this item's quite the lifesaver when it comes to tight situation where the enemies are base-rushing and your items and abilities are on cooldown, it's definitely the time to go all in)
  
• Divine Rapier (only get this when you're going for the base-rush, just make sure you have the ability to dish out your max damage in short durations)
  
• Scythe of Vyse (I usually go for this when I have disablers waiting for my BKB to run down and literally stun-locks me to death)

Now, my build is not quite the best one, but it does work, for me. I guess..?

Pre-made builds are okay but you shouldn't take them as gospel. The best builds may be built on a basic build but are dependent on the game flow, enemy heroes and strategy and synergy with your team. Once you know why and when to build items and how to counter certain heroes, you will ascend beyond the need for pre-made builds.

And btw don't follow those guys who build Aquila for sven. Aquila sucks for Strength heroes. My build is Madness, Echo Sabre but sometimes I'd prefer Sange & Yasha, BKB, Linken, Daedelus, boots. It's an Ok build but if u want it a bit more guilty u can buy Moonshard & Satanic for ultra lifesteal. Have fun with Sven 'cause he's so fking scary (oh yeah and a Blink dagger in Backpack too, it's for early game or a Shadow Blade)
