What pa build is the best

My usual build: phase Deso mobrid bkb abysmal and etc
Recently I saw pro games getting this:
Treads aquila bf manta and etc..
What build is better ?

Its not nonsense. It works, try it. It gives PA damage, attack speed, more evasion. You only need 1 attack speed item on PA due to the W. The evasion is just a bonus and MKB does not give true strike anymore.

Satanic is not great. You can get lifesteal from the talent. Satanic will not let you kill a tank in 2 seconds or less. If your BKB is up you will just get stunned when you try to use the active lifesteal. Double daedalus + crit talent means huge numbers and crit almost every time you attack. Seriously, try it, it is amazing.

The build at end of game is BoT, butterfly, two daedalus, BKB, and then whatever you need to counter the enemy heroes. Sometimes its MKB, sometimes its nullifier, or even a gem. Also BKB isn't needed in all games. Just try it in a turbo to start out, it works and its super fun. But you might get hated on by other players for doing so well.

havent read that since the very first days of the rework, mkb still hits you its a hihg chance to pierce evasions so, any mkb will hit you doesnt really matter if you have 4 butterflyes a single mkb hits you. (even a cheap solar crest do the same)

and since you are basically a damage hunger pa, remaining squishy, any landed attack hurts a lot, if you only build damage and no other stat, pa acts like a bullet, kill and no more use.

Ofc satanic is not a must have, but it does help to kill tanks, since it gives damage, and it allows you to stay in fight and hit trough tanks blademail. I repeat, having extra money, i would really preffer the lifesteal (wich adds to the lifesteal pa have from talent) and the comeback 200% healing, with raw damage and hp and counter to blademails-

*as a supprt, someone rushes a ghost scepter, your daedalusx2 butterly is a pretty addornment,
*being so weak a heavens halberd 3 seconds disarm (wih is not dispelled by activating bkb) will hurt (is not so good to disarm melees, cuz of 3 seconds vs 5 secs to rnaged heroes , but on a pa with no hp source, it takes really low time to kill)

good to say nullyfier is a good situational item, but is out of this discussion.

Your first 3 paragraphs are just straight up wrong and not worth addressing beyond this first sentence.

Ghost scepter isn't even remotely a problem vs any hero except for tinker. Simply target someone else instead of the one who buys a scepter. Its duration is really low too. Because you have a team that can cover for you as well. As for tinker you can avoid him until you buy nullifier and destroy him.

You are not understanding what I am saying because you have not had the experience. I am going to unsub from this because you refuse to see it or try it. As for others reading this, try it. My build works, trust.

What I do is. Get boots, aquilia, morbid mask -> mask of maddness (can split later to make satanic and butterfly or blood thorn if needed) -> Desolator, BKB, Basher, satanic, butterfly or nulifer. You can sell Deso late game for other items.
