True that though i wouldn't recommend to buy accounts with high mmr just to learn to play the game better..
At least you will get a serious game , people in low ranks are like bots , they don't care and they don't talk .

You're right but 1 thing about this whole idea doesn't feel right.
I'm in low bracket myself but I watched tutorials and pro games and I see how they think so I make LESS MISTAKES but I don't have the SKILL OF HIGH RANK PLAYERS.
In other words, if i know how the game works but i'm not a good player (no game skills yet) it means I still don't belong in high levels.
Want a simple example? My farming skills are still bad when looking at others.
However you have seen experienced players cry here at the forum about the behavior based solo matchmaking with newbies and you know that there is no chance for something like that. Thus you have to accept the boosters which are just looking for this mixed skill matchmaking Dota2 community is not willing to give.
