Trade cooldown

Is the steam now adding trade cooldown on traded items as well as the items that you buy from the market ?

I traded some items recently and as i know if there's a trade cooldown on the item it will show on the item in the trade page or the trader inventory, the traded items didn't have a trade cooldown but when i traded them they are now showing a 7 days cooldown

When you TRADE items, they don't get cooldown (the only exception I know are CS:GO items). When you BUY items, they always get 7 day trade cooldown and sometimes 7 day market cooldown.

i just traded dota 2 items not buying them from the market and they didn't show a trade cooldown untill i traded them, that's why i got confused
