How to get Chitinous Stalker (Nyx Assassin) and Sovereign of the Kray Legions (Sand King) skins

ok, so first off this is like my first ever forum-style post so idk if im posting this in the right place, but here's the real topic: Old bp skins. I'm a sucker for sea crustateans and as such, I REALLY want the 2 skins I mentioned in the title. Problem is they were part of the international 2017 - right when I joined dota - before I knew what was going on, so the skins came and went. So obiously they aren't tradeable or marketable, but I bought this years battle pass and most 2018 skins can be gifted once - so i was wondering 2 things - if these skins are, in fact giftable and if so is there somewhere/someone where I can "Buy" or "Trade" for them? (Trade/Buy via I give the person with the skin an item or money and they gift me the skin) - and if anyone reading this has one (Or both) of these skins let me know - and also please tell me if there is a site where I can get these skins. I found this post in the trading discussions - if I were to make a gift-trade post would there be reprocussions/punishments? or is this just an un-enforced rule/use-at-your-own-risk?

The skins you are referring to are not tradable and not marketable, meaning they can only be gifted. Since YOU want them, that means you would need to trade first or pay first, meaning you would just have to trust that the other user is going to gift you the item after you have given him free items or money first.

Gift trading is not supported by Steam. If you give some items or money to another user in exchange for nothing then that is on you. There is no guarantee the other user is going to keep up his end of the deal. Valve/Steam will not enforce any deal you make with someone. Furthermore, when you commit an empty trade with another player, Steam actually warns you that is a potential scam and you have to verify that you "EXPECT NOTHING IN RETURN."

You don't need every single skin that exists for Sand King. There are plenty of other SK skins.

You want one of those non-tradable skins, you assume the risk, period.

ik all that already, but now im looking for the answer to - If I post a gift-trade post in trading is there a mod that scans over every once & awhile to check for and remove gift trades, or if i can just put in a gift-trade post and not have it removed, or have a trading forum kick or something

Use the trading forum:. The rules are here. (link below) They do not prohibit "gift trades" but they will not monitor, mediate or guarantee them either.

There are a number of third-party trading or buying/selling sites as well. You use them at your own risk.

I can't find anything on steams guidelines saying I can't gift-trade, but in trading is says gift-trade post aren't allowed and will be removed - so is there any enforcment on that rule, or can i just do whatever?

I have nyx set, I have sk too but I opened it and I use it, if u want I can gift that nyx set. My inventory is private.

UPDATE: It looks like the 2017 TI Collectors Cache may be marketable and tradeable after TI 2018 bp bc TI immortal treasures will be tradeable and marketable after TI 2018 as well as certain immortal cosmetics that I had forgotten about (Yay, guttleslug, even tho i dont play pudge i still want a giant centipede-slug for an arm)

thats a pretty big red flag for a gift trade if you cant even prove you have the item in the first place

If you are interested in trading with OP then you should probably be able to prove that you have the item first.
