Is Mirana a Support or Carry ?

i dont play mirana much but i see most of miranas going for carry builds, is this right ? or are miranas supposed to be support ?

It can play as support occasionally, but in my opinion mirana is a very strong semi carry. If she is played as full support her potential is kinda wasted, but also can farm any time in the game too.

in most of cases she is nuker by making ethernal dagon scepter and etc.

No, but she does have a good wave clearing ability.

A new build for her is midas + core, getting to lvl 25 fast for her -80sec on ulty and then the core to reduse the 20sec to 15sec and the ulty last 15sec., mene build.

No. Sacred Arrow can 1 shot creeps. Starstorm does decent AoE damage.
