pls help me to fix this
No one hears you. The behavior score in the your last behavior report has fallen below 3000 and your communication privileges have been temporarily revoked.

If you have fallen so low - nothing can help you at this point.3k bc is super low,you are in very little % of ppl who are super toxic.

U can go down to 1 conduct then the next day it'll be back up to 10k again had this happen twice to me on this ACC and my other acc (got a potato PC so I DC quite often)

prehapsturn annonymous mode on and let the report abusers do their thing,according to this community you have to be toxic to be reported, funny thing is videos of high ranks report abusing. if valve still make money they have no reason to change the business model coz it works for them

other players may be unable to hear you the behavior score in the your last behavior report has fallen below %s1 and your communication privileges have been temporarily revoked

You wont be able to communicate ingame until you raise your behavior score above 3000. Its working as intended.

play games where you dont do anything reportable, and commend people in hopes they commend you back. so reports = bad, commends = good and raise your score. thats what we know thus far
