Martyr is kind of like an intelligence support version of Huskar or Terrorblade or Phoenix since his abilities hurt them only for him to regenerate his health back. Martyr's Q is a nuke that deals damage and slows based on health Martyr is missing. Martyr's W is pretty much Shallow Grave that hides how much damage you took. The E allows you to essentially swap your current health with your current mana. Finally, Martyr's ultimate will set Martyr and another hero's health to the higher or lower of the two.

Talents

• Level 10: +5 Armor OR +15% Magic Resistance
  
• Level 15: Retribution has no slow limit OR +2 Retribution Multiplier
  
• Level 20: +3s Guardian Angel duration OR Guardian Angel returns 60% of damage
  
• Level 25: Sol's Conviction is instant OR -30s Hand in Hand cooldown.
  
  
• Eul's Scepter of Divinity is good on Martyr to avoid Angel damage
  
• Dagon is good against this hero to quickly kill him.
  
• This hero counters Winter Wyvern by getting his health back
  
• This hero is countered by Axe culling blading Martyr
