Legend 4 = 3450 MMR?

I got a legend 4 medal after completing 11 ranked games just now ... isnt my MMR a bit low for that medal?

Medal is based on both party and solo MMR, number of games you've played so far (call it experience) and some other things as well. Don't be surprised, enjoy it ;)
