Accidentally bought 2 TI8 lvl 75 battle pass, how to refund?

So i bought 2 extra ti8 and now i want a refund. I have contacted steam suppport and they said i couldn't receive a refund because i have consumed, modified or transferred the items which i have not. Now, i contacted them about it providing a screenshot of the items in my inventory not consumed, modified or transferred but they aren't answering me anymore. Is there anybody in here that are able to help me contact them about my situation, please? Thank you for your time.

I think they made an exception of the Battlepass being non-refundable despite their rules on DLC and in-game purchases. On the store page it clearly states that it is non refundable.


If ever you can't refund them anymore. you can always gift them. maybe even to me?

so long as you have not consumed/added to your account. It can be refunded. We can't help you, only support can. now that you've shown the proof, it's up to them to do it now. Yes, it can take over 48 hours, but since you started the request before the 48 hour period, it can be refunded when explained, and sorted out.

How can you buy it by accident? it literally show you that you gonna buy it! and also you have to press buy so the order process and the money is taken. I dont believe in such thing as accident!

it was supposed to be a gift but in the end i couldn't trade it. i pressed the button gift a battlepass to a friend and i bought it with my card with the exact amount and after i bought it it showed me a message something like i couldnt trade the battlepass as the new store rule of verifying credit card. However, i didnt realise that it has already bought the battlepass and put it in my inventory i just thought since i couldnt gift it with a new credit card it wouldnt have bought it. Hence, i tried to purchase it another time in hope that it would work and i realise i ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. Anyways, i have decided to just use the battlepass to increase my own battlepass levels which i just learned possible if they wouldnt refund me.
