If I get an abandon before the game starts during the picking phrase, will my mmr decrease?
I abandoned a match because my net crashed, but I wasn't checking whether my mmr has decreased.

Yes, you'll lose mmr. It is even worse if that happens when you play with a party, all party members will also lose mmr.
