Greater Maim

Sorry for disturbing. I know this might be mentioned in old discussion, but I couldn't find it. I just want to ask about Greater Maim and Lesser Maim. Due to the change in sange, heaven and basher, my pango build need to make some adjustment. In this case, I would like to understand about Greater Maim of sange, but I can't find any explanation. Help, please. Thank you.

Greater Maim only found in sange and yasha last patch. now both sange and heaven halberd have it.

So Greater Maim is just basically mean a "better" maim effect?

what does the "better" maim effect do?
It has no differences in lesser and greater. I do read the sange description and sangyasha description, both give same effect ( https://dota2.gamepedia.com/Sange_and_Yasha || https://dota2.gamepedia.com/Sange )
