HELP WITH THE TI8 BATTLE PASS

I bought a Battle Pass and I'm confidently sure i clicked the "Purchase this as a gift" option. But i can't send it as a gift to my girlfriend. It says that in my current battle point, i cannot send a non tradable item as a gift.

Can someone help me with this?

although I can see that there is a cooldown that should be tonight, May 16 @7:00PM. But I still can't send it. Please. Can someone help me with my dilemma?

Nope!
As for the rest of the problem, I can't help you. I gifted a battle pass to my friend first and he gifted one back, both were instant and I bought/traded first.

Your dota 2 exp trophy isn't high enough or your profile level isn't high enough in Dota 2, had the same issue when one of my friends tried to gift me it last year.

Considering you are getting that particular error it's safe to say your Exp trophy isn't level 5.

Or is it due to using a new payment method when adding steam funds to your wallet? This would explain for some people why they cannot gift the battle pass immediately.

i'm not really sure.. the other week, steam was having a problem with the market.. i sold about 1$ on my crates from pubg but it didn't add up to my steam wallet.. i thought there was a problem with the market when i bought the battle pass..

Are you sure it was a battlepass and not battle levels, never heard of a cooldown time for the passes, when i do it it is always instantly gifted.

I faced a somewhat similar problem on the battlepass, wanted to gift it to a friend but I didn't have enough funds, so I used mastercard to top it up (I don't keep it remembered in my account). It was detected as a newly added payment method and prevented gifting with a cooldown period, which you can read more details here:

Selling is different from listing your items on the market (and not getting sold). If they really did sell but you're not getting money into your wallet, you may want to double check on it.
