How am I supposed to counter BristleBack?

I have no idea about what am I supposed to do for being able to play against BB in offlane. Please, somebody help me.

Pick ranged. If you are melee against bristle in lane you are screwed. Same aplies to Huskar.

if you get bristel on your lane, first thing to buy is magic wand, great heros to harass him with would be cm with second spell, also if you are a carry and against bb you can buy an blademail and use it when the quills are at 3 or 4, then it will do alot of dmg back att bb, also remember that bristel takes more dmg at the front, he will shoot quills if attacked from the side or behinde, you can always try and bait him to towers and then stun or whatever you have hadd

In lane buy a wand and buy extra regen against bristle .For late game get a silver edge.

Zone him with your support when he's lv1-2 after lv3 it gets a bit harder to do it, but if you zone him enough, you can deal with hin easily once you have more exp and gold...

AA or SS or Skyrath can make it happen as solo supports; other supports can don it to, but usually need help from their pos 4 (this is only for laning stage)

Afterwards you just need a silver edge for him.

Ton of herous to counter him. Sniper, tusk, ursa, necro, axe, lc, undying, chaos, and a ton of others will usually do the trick. If u are stuck with another hero for the game, ask a carry to get a silver edge. or get a ♥♥♥♥ load of stuns to keep him from turning around. In a teamfight, try not to focus him. Without him gettign soem hits to the back, he usually doesnt get much quill stacks to be useful.

Play against BB in lane is so annoying and hard. Use ranged or, if you use melee, don’t stack more than 2 of his passive and kill him minimum 2v1.

Keep an eye on his attack stacks on you and try to keep distance/kite, if too high. It's same deal with Undying, the more stacks they have packed upon you, the more OP they become, to the point of being unkillable with a ton of damage.

Stun to disable and attack him down, but don't chase too much. Try attack from front, not his back.

Mana draining, makes a Bristleback pretty useless.

Magic stick - First item, it will gain charges due to his Qull Spray
Town Portal Scroll - If alone and stacked against, a way to escape being chased down

Silver Edge removes Bristleback's passive, taking away both his tankiness as well as his damage output

Solar Crest reduces Bristleback's armor greatly

Assault Cuirass armor aura reduces the Quill Spray damages a lot

Pick silencer give him arcane curse nonstop. In mid game u can buy Silver Edge if u want to. Also ancient aparat ok against him. Viper is good but if your team have some stuns or something to keep him in 1 place.
