All you gotta do is keep him from farming for like 10 minutes, and then keep killing him. He's easy af to beat if you have decent supports

Rage makes you immune to sven's stun so he can't disable you. It is a free bkb

Feast gives you more damaged based on the current HP of your target, perfect for a high hp enemy like sven

Open wounds slows sven so you can catch him

infest let's you easily gank him, Espically with a SB on your team.
