How much does ping affect one's game?
I live in California and usually queue for both US East and West. But US east's ping is about 85 and West's is 45. However, I find games much more quickly when I queue for both. Is 85 so bad that I should stick with West only?

85 is plenty playable.
85 is still good. You'll notice delays when you hit 120.

Its fine. I am from Europe and played on SEA, Australia and US servers with friends, and had 150+- ping and still no delay that affected my ability to be useful most of the time.

1 ping = 1 millisecond delay
therefore 85 ping = 85 millisecond delay = 0.085 seconds delay

85 is more than enough, if you hit 150, you'll notice a lot of delays, but it's not that bad that you'd be reacting half a second late.

my best ping is 85 on one server and others is over 100 so i get no choice to choose from.
I used to play on 10 ping but my net was weak so I still had lag lol
