Fast game, fast end
Dota 1 has host command such as
-ap (allpick)
-cm (captain mode) = this is similar to ranked game back in dota 2 2011. There are no bans in unranked mode back then.
-nt (no top)
Then theres also -so = switch on.
"Switch on" makes player be able to switch to another team. This is for various reasons but mostly because the enemy side is losing eiither from disconnected players siince you cannot reconnect back in the days, or imbalance team up since there are no matchmaking based on stats back in the days.
Having said all of this TURBO is made so everyone can farm fast. Unlike normal games where you have to consider laning/jungling to level up and farm, in turbo you don't have to spend that much time.
Then the fun comes, which is CLASHES. Dota 2 is for clashing. No one cheers in pro games for destroying towers. People cheer because of clashes. TRASHTALK culture came from CLASHING not destroying towers.
And lastly, rax in turbo regenerate 5 hp per sec. They could have made it so that ancient will regenerate too.
IMO, this is good logic because the mode is already named Turbo which means the mechanics inside should be up with a higher pace. If it is to speak about the "hp regeneration" of towers or buildings, then the pace should be at the correct high pace instead of following the normal standard pace.
How can a mode be named Turbo yet the pace inside is different from what it is known to be? Good speech, OP.
When I saw and was replying to a thread or posting from year 2019, I didn't feel confused. But this raising of an older topic brought me a new mind to think about the Turbo mode during the years 2019 and 2024.
I guess the questioning you threw at that person is wrong because he has his own right to bring up or respond to an old topic. Or do you want to say that an old topic cannot be responded to? If so, then why this forum discussion does not have a system or rule to "AUTOMATICALLY" lock every topic of the year 2019 backward?
