it is about 1GB per week. it is too much
Dota isn't going to stop getting updates. If you can't handle that then you need to get some better internet or find a different game. Dota isn't a game that is aimed at the lowest denominator in terms of PC specs and network requirements. That's not going to change.
I can't play Dota 2 on my Commodore 64, MS DOS 6 or Windows 3 on my 2600 baud modem. Where is my sympathy? Technology has vastly improved and the gaming industry has grown up with it. That's not some sort of personal dig against you, that's reality.
Well, would you prefer the crashes to be fixed as soon as possible or in a week?
Stop being so miserable. Just be thankful they’re working on fixing the bugs...
If it means i wont have to encounter annoying updates everytime im trying to grind my BP i'd rather have them shutdown doto for a week and have a mega patch than these constant buggering patches but that's just me. The least they could do is give us a heads up but nah. Can't even do that.
ofcourse bro i am thankful but i just want that if DOTA 2 has an update then a played should be allowed to play for 2 to 3 minor updates and after that it should be compulsory to update DOTA!
