STUCK UP IN LOADING FOR PICK PHASE IN DOTA 2.

AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO EXPERIENCE THE STUCK UP LOADING IN PICK PHASE, NO IMAGES OF HEROES TO BE PICKED BUT I CAN HEAR THE SOUNDS OF MY ANNOUNCER IN STARTING OF PICKING HEROES. BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE I ALWAYS GETS SOME ABANDONED STATUS!!! CAN SOME ONE IN STEAM OF VALVE FIXED THIS IT ALL STARTED WHEN YOU UPDATE YOUR GAME BECAUSE OF THIS BATTLE PASS.

Hey even i am facing the black screen thing. i have been playing lp for almost 2 weeks now just because of this .
This started happening after the release of new update or around battlepass timing.

My game freezes often after accepting the match and it takes forever to finish loading the game idk why.most of the time game loads after 5 min mark which gives enough time for you to get 1 abandon game and you end up in lp just like me.

even after buying so many lvls on battle pass i am unable to play normal /turbo/ ranked matches due to this freezing of the screen just before the game starts and have played around 40+ low priority games in 2 weeks.
This is not funny anymore is if you are here to tell me its my fault and i deserve lp.
Many people are facing this issue and this issue should be taken in consideration seriously.

Any help regarding how to get rid of this loading screen freeze scenario would be highly appreciated .

I mean, its just a game. If you wait it will get to the character selection screen. Takes about 20 seconds. You miss the ban phase but meh.

in your dota 2 launch options put:
-map dota

to let the map loads as soon as you let the game start.

I found one way to bypass this issue.
1.
i Reduced my game graphics to minimal. (even after having 16 gb ram 8 gb graphics and i7)
customize your aspect ration to your monitor resolution and select boderless from the drop box.
Restart the game
2.
Whenever your game gets hanged always press (windows+D)
instead of (alt+tab) to reach the desktop.
3.
Open task manager even before you open the game.

If your game gets stuck at black screen press win+D go in task manage and end task dota .
Then restart dota you will be in game in 2-3 min. Hopefully and wont get abandon.

4.
With minimal graphics settings and boderless screen launching your game after black screen shouldn't be a problem now (after using task manager to end task the game if it gets stucked).

Lastly if you have got more than 4 abandon due to this error just leave the game for 2-3 days
your abandon count will reduce and the penalty will be less harsh.

Play in your other account if you have one.
I did that. It even helped me to be sure that the system can now work fine.

When you are out of lp try to play games with friends 5 man party if possible. Later ask them to swap commend just to improve your behaviour score.

Nothing works to fix this i have played 4 LP matches and now i have five LP matches to play again i can't even get through that many without the game crashing at least once and adding another abandonment and hitting me with more LP pool games
also lost 4k conduct rating because of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I have a sollution:
I simply leave opened task manager, then - when game finds me a game & accepting - I move my mouse to near top-right corner of the screen and rapidly clicking LMB.
(click it like you mean it) If the mouse disappears at some point, it should load the pick phase. (you still have to click it; you can stop, when it loads you the phase)

I had this issue and caused me landing in l.p, but ever since that, I barely had any abandoned/kicked out of games.

Yeah speaking this way cause it probably didnt happen to you. Unless you find being black screen all the way losing gold at the mercy of an rng hero. This issue still hasn't been resolved

Still happens sometimes i just cross my fingers. Highly doubt volov will fix it anytime soon
