Question regarding the Living Towers from the Battle Pass

Hey,

If you purchase enough levels to get the Living Towers, do you get to keep them forever?

Or after the TI9 they're gone?

no i saw in the workshop a kinetic gem 2 years ago which change ALL THE SPELLS
maybe it is it ;)
