Is the culling blade item actually working for anyone? because it used one of mine and just wont let me progress.

I had skywrath in the supp section. Won 2 turbo games with him but he just keeps showing with half full health bar. Also tried using the culling blade but it doesn't work either

Chop only works for wounded challenge.
Wounded challenge means you play that hero in TURBO, instead of finishing 1 hero, it only finished half (wounded), therefore the quelling blade comes handy there.

I finished URSA set quest in jungle and gave me 21k bpass points however my bpoints did not update. valve gave me the ursa set but no bpass points. i even have the video showing the points load up but the bpass points did not update. MATCH ID: 4749467589. PLEASE GIVE ME MY BPASS POINTS that i deserve.
