Team organization, counterwarding, attention to the map, and rune destruction(seriously? how in the hell the coach is supposed to affect that?) can be easily done by all 5 players. I mean, first 2 are done by supports alone, and attention to the map is the thing every single player is supposed to do, and relying on a coach to do that is plain stupid.
Coach can't really help a good team, and if he tries, he would be likely stepping on their toes all the way through. Being just a "second pair of eyes" is a time waster, and it's not like he is going to have any fun off that.
Solo queue, low mmr - player pool who don't want to be coached or are overburdened to listen to advices
Solo queue, high mmr - players don't need a coach anymore
Party queue, low mmr - coachind makes sense, but mainly for 5 stacks (see at top)
Party queue, high mmr - have probably a dedicated captain already
