Nothing you can do - there's a ban phase in All Pick mode for a long time now, you just have to pray no one bans the hero you want to play.

You need to play a few games to unlock the harder heroes.

Oh I see - yeah if you're a new player (or new account), you have to play a limited hero pool for a bit. I believe it was like 25 games or something (it's been a few years now so I'm not sure) - then you can play a regular All Pick.
