Prismatic gem from a non-tradable courier. If i extract a Prismatic Gem from a non-tradable unusual courier, will the Prismatic Gem tradable and marketable ?

If i extract a Prismatic and ethereal Gem from a non-tradable unusual courier, will the Prismatic Gem tradable and marketable ?

I've similar case about this. I have a bladekeeper hat (jugger hat untradable & not marketable) with bladekeeper gem in it. And it's become tradable & marketable once i extract the gem from it.

But i'm not sure about prismatic gem.

you mean the gem you extract was tradable and marketable? or the item itself?

When prismatic gems are removed, the item they are removed from is destroyed.

As far as whether or not, removing the p. gem from a non-tradable/marketable item will allow the gem to be traded/sold, I'm not entirely sure. I've heard it both ways.

Prismatic will be not tradeable with item in which you past prismatic

Hey guys I have a similar problem and please help me.. My friend got a techies arcana as a drop a year back and since he does play the hero he gifted me the arcana.. And much to my surprise the arcana has a "Prismatic: Explosive burst" gem inscribed.. Will I be able to market it once I remove the gem? Can I market it in the steam market. ( I got the arcana as a gift from a drop from a friend?? So the arcana itself is not tradable or giftable)

Explosive burst is a default color for Techies arcana. It's same like Reflection Shade on Terrorblade arcana.

So it's normal price for that arcana / color.

And yes, you can sell it on market once you remove the gem. However, your arcana will be destroyed if you do that.

Not sure why you necroed this thread just to ask this when it clearly states that it will destroy the item in the process of removing the prismatic gem.

I have a question on this topic. I have an arcana on Techies, after extracting the gem, I get a non-tradable item (gem). Question. If I put it in a normal arcana Terroblade, will this gem prevent the arcana from being sold?

I believe it won't prevent but I might be wrong, give it a try.
