What to do if 2 out of 3 lanes are losing
So, I was against meepo as invoker mid and was winning the lane so hard that meepo left the lane. BUT other lanes were losing hard, even when pudge came to mid to help, they were losing to mk in 2v1. I went top once and kill both of them (pudge+mk) with their help. But I wasted tons of time running to them, lost my lead and really didn't know how to help them. Ganking works, but it slowed me down considerably.

true true.. I just wanted to know what I should've done. Cause there was a point when both lanes were crying to me over the mic and I didn't know what to do. I know that ganking as invoker is inefficient, but letting both enemy laners to farm on my team was bad too.
If you can't gank comfort them verbally. Also as soon as you drove meepo away you should take tower and farm toward next lane gank it, take tower there, farm toward next objective and so on.

So, what I should have done?

Who knows, try to analyze how much you really lost by ganking and how much you gained. Sometimes even if you yourself take the right decision, it's not enough to win.

Or post the game ID to watch if you want more feedback, it's difficult to comment based only on description, every match is different.

First of all meepo left mid not because he was losing, but because he got nessesary level to flashfarm jungle. As soon as he left the lane you should have taken the tower and push lane hard. Then find another safest to take objective and with team take it

Second - you don't just gank. You completeng objectives. Like taking tower and taking control over enemies jungle so meepo don't went fat. If you control his jungle you cannot lose advantage as you kill him whenever he tries to farm.

But if 4 of your players can't do nothing at all you will most likely lose, especially on highly farm dependant character like invoker.

he left too early and completely left the tower undefended that I tried to get until pudge came, so I was afraid that meepo will come with blink+pudge combo. I was happy to see that, cause I thought top will have a breather, but they were losing even then. After the game I checked Mage's regen items and he didn't buy enough mangos and clarities. It's so easy to bully mk out of the lane that I was pissed off at him. If I go against mk mid as a qop, I skip bottle and just buy mangos and keep daggers on him all the time.

I wanted to push with my team, but at that point riki was so scared of mk that he left me to die to mk with pudge. Mage was just completely out of position. I guess, I should've pushed mid tower more aggressively and went top. I just wanted to get aghanim by 18min.

Yeah, I should've done that. I guess I was too careful and not aggressive enough

Also don't forget to sunstrike.
You can see that fight is going by pressing alt and watching health in top panel. Also by listening cries for help in mics.

You can't see enemies but if your teammates going down they do need help.
