How to check how many treasures I've opened?

I got like all of the ultra rares from treasure 1 and 2 and in fact i got triple copies of each ultra rare. However, for treasure 3 I didn't get the ultra rare trying to calculate how much further I should roughly empty my wallet

Normally that site is credible but my guess is they marked all of them with the same marketable date by mistake.

I have 2 and in game the item says the normal week waiting period.

To check odds at your current opening number, click the arrow next to the item's rarity while zoomed in on it at the treasure preview screen (the screen where you can see all the immortals/rewards and which ones you've obtained).

Know that each opening of that item resets the chances.
