Can you gift wrap On Trade Cooldown items ?

So i want to trade for some items, and my friend fresh purchase the items on market. Can it be gift wrapped on the same day ?
Or you need to wait for the 7 days cooldown ?

I think you can gift it, bc you're going to gift it not trade it. Just try right click it, to see if it's able to gift wrap.

Closer to the 7 day time you can find out hours/mins. You and your friend need to be past the 30day friend limit too..

We do have been friend for 30 days, so can i gift wrapped it right after purchase from market ?
The first answer said the 7 days just for trade cooldown. Then i can gift wraped it on the same day.

ohh i just try it out. well we need to wait for 1 week to be able to gift or trade the freshly bought items on market.
Edit :
Arcana can be immidately gift wrapped after bought from market.
The others i think they need to wait for the cooldown.

not arcana will be on cooldown too,, or atleast mine did
